עבודה נוכחית כתובה באנגלית והינה תמלול של ראיון עם עולה חדשה בארץ, על דרכי התאקלמות וסהתגלות במקום החדש, על התפתחות הקריירה שלה והאפשרויות שהיארואה בהמשך. בסוף הראיון מובא ניתוחו על פי התיאוריות החדשניות של עולם הניהול הבין-תרבותי, במונחים של הסתגלות חברתית-תרבותי והסתגלות פסיכולוגית, במונחי קונפליקט יחסים וקונפליקט של משימות ועוד. Interview’s and interviewee’s characteristics The person interviewed is my friend, who immigrated to Israel
2 years ago, with her husband and daughter. Lilia is 30 years old, has no academic education, and back in Ukraine she worked at various positions, starting with selling vegetables at a local market, to a position of a manager in a small company, with technological orientation. Here in Israel she learned Hebrew and took many courses in computer languages (C++, Java and Html), programming, quality tests and more. Now Lilia works in a hi-tech company, as a member of a QA (quality assurance) team. The interview took place at Lila’s home, during one of my visits.
