COMPUTER VIRUSES Abstract  This paper is about the classification of computer viruses. The classification of  computer viruses necessarily for faster virus determination and neutralization. Firstly, the report tells what a computer virus is, what viruses can do, and what they can't do. Then there are basic ways of classification: a place of situation, used operation systems and how the virus attacks. In conclusion, it’s said about the future of classification.

1 .     Introduction Many people use the term "virus" loosely to cover any sort of program that tries to hide its possibly malicious function andor tries to spread onto as many computers as possible, though some of these programs may more correctly be called "Worms"¹ or "Trojan Horses."² According to Associated Press (2007) the first known computer virus reported is the Elk Cloner virus for the Apple II computers writed by Richard "Rich" Skrenta in 1982.
I will try explain what is a computer virus and which type of computer viruses exist today.
