1 .     Introduction I was requested to Read the Concerts R Us Case Study (see at Apendix A) ,and for EITHER the Web-Based Bookings System OR the Phone Bookings System, produce a portfolio containing:
1.       An Information Flow Table (IFT)
2 .       An Information Flow Diagram (IFD)
3 .       A Context Diagram (Level 0 DFD)
4 .       A Level 1 Data Flow Diagram (DFD) 5.       2 Level 2 Data Flow Diagrams (DFD)
6 .       One Elementary Process Description (EPD) for any one the processes that you identify on your Level Two DFDs.
7.       An Entity Model that models the database to support the system.
I choose the Web-Based Bookings System for this assignment and propouse that existing  any Credit Rate Company that check the rate of customers credit cards.
